Tell me what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

The early loss of a parent to cancer and growing up in an alcoholic family system propelled me to discover skillful means for healing body, mind, and spirit. My coaching is grounded in study and work in the medical and wellness sectors - psychology bachelors degree, M.D. degree, somatic therapies, yoga, and mindfulness coaching.
With the outbreak of Covid I became certified in Health and Life Coaching through the Health Coach Institute rounding out my coaching toolbox with whole foods nutrition, motivational interviewing, visualization, and mindset strategies and have enjoyed sharing life skills through health coaching one on one with individuals,, as well as with medical staff and IT companies in groups of up to 50 people.
The experiences of managing a guest house and gardens in southeast Wisconsin for 16 years while raising three children, community volunteering, caring for parents, family, and friends at end-of-life and most recently the joy of grandparenting have given me an appreciation for the fleetingness and sanctity of life. My hope is to aid others to optimize their health and joy amidst the challenges of daily life in the digital era.
