Tell me what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

                  Mary Oliver

Losing a parent to cancer at an early age and growing up amidst an alcoholic family system inspired me to seek out practical and effective life skills to heal body, mind and spirit. â€‹

My Health Coach practice is grounded in study and work in both the medical and wellness sectors including a Psychology BA, MD degree, somatic therapy, yoga, mindfulness meditation, and trauma-informed care.

With the outbreak of Covid, I became certified in Health and Life Coaching through the Health Coach Institute, rounding out my background with whole foods nutrition, motivational interviewing, and mindset strategies.

Also, raising a family, managing a guest house and gardens for 17 years, community work, caring for family and friends at end-of-life, and most recently, the joy of grandparenting, delivering our last grandbaby in an unexpected home birth, have taught me valuable life lessons that inform my coaching.

It's been a joy and an honor to provide stress reduction education workshops both in person and virtually for IT companies and medical staff in groups of up to 50 people, and to work one on one coaching individuals privately and at a local Integrative Medical Clinic.

Coaching is an inspiration to walk the talk and I continue to develop my skills and to learn from each client encounter - I look forward to the opportunity to be of service on your wellness journey.

Warmly,

Laurie Sullivan
